C1Q2 set a brand new corporate culture with the Discovery, Devotion and Delightful (3D) Formula. The purpose is to help people pursue better health and entrepreneurial opportunities with our high-quality nutrition products, and ultimately to live the life they want.

The nutrition products are originally from the Cambio Group. They have been active in the market for years with proven results. Therefore, we decided to revive the products.

We went through a two-phase process to improve the existing products to ensure that they fit nicely into the market. The first phase was done on the research and development process to discover the ingredients and nutrients of the products by a group of nutritionists and food scientists. Then we moved into the second phase to add new advanced technologies to maximise the value of the products.

With the brand new products we launched to the market, we believe it can empower people to live a healthier, wealthier and happier life.

Agnes has worked in the tourism industry for more than 26 years, including airline and travel agencies. In 2008, she founded a travel agency that specialised in designing incentive travel for corporates, direct selling companies and insurance companies.


Over the years, she has acquired essential soft skills, including execution and communication skills. She is good at dealing with different people, and also she has managed to lead her teams to achieve new heights.


Although she is passionate about working in the travel industry, she has always been a life champion who likes to take on new challenges. So she decided to move into the direct-selling industry and was determined to make a breakthrough in her career.


After more than a year of exploring the new industry, Agnes has built her own business model. Now she is entirely devoted to this business by leveraging the experience and connections she gained over her career in the travel industry.


One of her achievements in these two years is that she successfully transformed a team with zero direct selling experience into an elite team within a few months. She made this happen with a training program that she specially designed to cultivate a high performing team.


Building a corporate culture is the only way to succeed in the direct selling industry, and it relies much on training and education. For this reason, she is constantly building comprehensive training programs, from online webinars to offline events, to share selling skills, company culture, mindset and incentives to every Independent Distributor who joins C1Q2.

Sharon has a deep understanding of the business as she has already been in the industry for more than 20 years. Meanwhile, she also acquired direct selling skills by staying at the forefront of the market over the years. Her experiences have helped her understand that the core of direct selling is about listening and caring.


Every time the direct selling company pulls its business out from Asia, dealers are the most affected party. The team that they built for years was disbanded overnight. Their finances and connections are badly affected, some of them even lost all their connections!
